TR-ASR Antibody Strip Reagent

The step that makes cyclic multiplex staining possible: strip the bound primary and secondary antibodies off the slide, then start the next round on a clean background.

TR-ASR antibody strip reagent bottles for cyclic multiplex immunofluorescence
Strip & Reset

Clear the Slide Before the Next Antibody Goes On

Built for cyclic multiplex immunofluorescence, where every round of antibodies has to be removed before the next one is applied.

ELUTION

Antibody Strip Reagent

TR-ASR

A purpose-built strip reagent for cyclic multiplex fluorescence. It removes both the bound primary and the bound secondary antibody so the next round starts on a clean background.

  • Rapid, thorough removal of bound antibodies
  • 56°C incubation for 30 minutes
  • 1× PBS wash to close the cycle
  • Gentle enough to protect tissue integrity between rounds
WORKFLOW

Three Steps, Then Stain Again

TR-ASR Protocol

The strip cycle is deliberately short and fixed. Place the slide in TR-ASR, incubate, wash, and the slide is ready for the next round of immunostaining.

  • 1. Incubate the slide in TR-ASR at 56°C for 30 minutes
  • 2. Wash the slide with 1× PBS
  • 3. Proceed with the next round of staining or fluorescent labelling
  • Research use only

Where TR-ASR Fits

Cyclic Multiplex mIF

The strip step between rounds that keeps a 30–40 marker panel free of carry-over signal.

Repeated Immunostaining

Re-stain the same section with a different panel once the first round is complete.

Panel Development

Test a second marker set on an archived slide without re-cutting the block.

Single-Slide Manual Runs

A 100 ml bottle covers pilot panels and low-volume workflows.

Automated Cyclic Runs

Feeds the cyclic staining loop of the TR-Stainer and TR-ASTRA Flow.

General Fluorescent Labelling

Suitable for any repeated fluorescence labelling workflow, not only immunohistochemistry.

Complete the workflow

Works with the rest of the TerryDR stack

TR-Dewax-AR all-in-one pre-treatment

Deparaffinization, hydration and antigen retrieval in one 30-minute run — the step before staining.

TR-ISE immunostain enhancer kit

Blocking buffer and antibody diluent that raise signal and cut background in every round.

TR-ASTRA Flow ultra-multiplex system

Staining, elution and 5-channel scanning in one enclosed loop — the system TR-ASR is built to feed.
